FAA Rulemaking Course

This course is designed to prepare students to participate as either a member or leader of a rulemaking team.  Students will gain a thorough understanding and develop skills in the areas of problem identification, research, development, and analysis.  This course walks students through the agency's rulemaking process.

This two-day course addresses the FAA's internal process for developing and issuing regulations. This course prepares agency staff to participate as a member or leader of a rulemaking team.
